These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hridoyacademy.com and the consulting services provided by Hridoy Academy. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
On this page
“Hridoy Academy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the consulting business operated by Foridul Hridoy. “Client” or “you” means the person or organisation using the website or engaging our services. “Services” means the consulting, strategy, advertising management, optimisation and training work described in a proposal or agreement.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, scrape content at scale or use the contact form to send spam. We may restrict access to anyone who misuses the website.
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities. Where a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal takes priority for that engagement. Work begins once the proposal is accepted in writing and any initial payment has been received.
To deliver the services effectively, you agree to:
Fees are set out in the proposal. Fixed projects may be invoiced in stages; ongoing services are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice. Advertising spend is separate from consulting fees.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, product quality, pricing, budgets and how recommendations are implemented. We commit to skilled, diligent and honest work, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, leads, revenue or return on ad spend.
Once fees are paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as strategy documents, ad copy and landing page copy. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them within your business. Website content on hridoyacademy.com may not be copied without permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other, including business data, strategies, pricing and customer information, and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Our work often involves third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, analytics and email tools. These platforms have their own terms and may change features, policies or pricing at any time. We are not responsible for account restrictions, outages or decisions made by those platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, Hridoy Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with the notice period stated in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Hridoy Academy is registered, and any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies from its “Last updated” date.
Email contact@hridoyacademy.com or use the contact page, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
